Artisan ice cream every day in our laboratories
Every morning, in the open laboratories of the Vaniglia ice cream shops’ sales points, the production of the ice cream begins. Whipped at the moment, for a fresh and creamy result, with selected and seasonal raw materials. We also use cane sugar and stevia in our recipes
without adding artificial sweeteners or hydrogenated vegetable fats, for an ice cream with a low glycemic load and a high taste content. Moreover, 90% of our production is naturally gluten-free (it may contain traces because we also process flours with gluten in the laboratory).
